Carry was destined to win. After she won, I never watched the show again. Nobody could top her. Yep, she married (lucky guy!) moved to Nashville, In the country music hall of fame. Beautiful girl, great talent, and down to earth! She will have her farm, and her pets, and her family, and she'll be the happiest girl in the whole wide world! I wish her the best! It is really refreshing to see an American Idol winner that at the time of their win, chose a genre of music, (like Carrie chose Country for instance) and not only stayed true to that genre, but flourished and made it better. Carrie is an impressive talent across the board. But she has been very lucky too. She’s had a lot of breaks that a LOT OF GREAT SINGERS and entertainers never got. But she has made the best of every opportunity she’s been given. That makes you want to root for someone. Whether you know them or not. Keep it up Carrie!

Whenever I think about her, I think about her track ‘Ever Ever After’ for Disney’s Enchanted, because that was where I first heard of her, which was brilliant.
