Wow You were hypnotized. Alot of people were when it came out. January 13 1967 My birthday. My Mom wondered Why I was a little off. Lol. My siblings are much older than Me that were teens at the time said the Doors were what real stoners listened to. I served with Vietnam Vets they said The Doors were popular in country.

This is from the ed Sullivan show back in the late 60s they told the band you can't say the line baby we can't get much higher jim did it anyway
