About Me 👩🏽
Hi, I'm Akta :) I'm trying to find more meaning in my relationships, work, and life in general, because I think there's more to it than what society tells us. I try to approach things in a less overwhelming way, because I think there's already so much pressure on us from society.

Come say hi!

Such a healing speech! I’m nearly on my 20s and I am feeling like I failed because I compare other people’s lives, while I’m still trying to figure out things. I should stop taking advice from other people as well.

This woman is A BLESSING. She inspired me to have my YouTube channel about feminine energy and self-development, AND I GOT 27k VIEWS. All thanks to her! I just stopped fearing and started to go forward

I am 20 years is good but every other 20 year old in the surrounding vicinity is competitive....sometimes It is tough to compete and manage your top rank specially as a Medical Student....being alone is something that I am used to less people are there whose wavelength matches with are far from sight

Hi there. I think I went through similar stages as you and came to similar conclusions. I was able to "calm down" and start living only at 29. Now I am 30, but unfortunately the war has started in my country (Ukraine). Imagine that all my wisdom, all my fears, all my experiences in life no longer made sense. Now all I need is to survive the war. What do I mean? I'm just trying to say that I "envy" the new generation who will be able to learn to "start" life earlier, not in their "One day" like I did. Because when I was young and lost, I didn't have access to great videos like yours. Friends, learn to live today and enjoy today. Not tomorrow. Not in a year. Because tomorrow may never come.

I'm Happy but Sometimes I wish there was someone whom I could talk to and cry in front of them without any embarrassment. 💔

Yes this is what I talked about on my social media, being “confident” (fake it till you make it, wont get the happiness, success you desire (you define success) being honest with yourself will get you further.

Your videos always helped me so much. They helped me through my loneliness and through heartbreak. They are far and away the best videos on YouTube . I can't thank you enough for that ! Also I'm really curious about the books you read that make you think and challenged your opinions. I read the book "the courage to be disliked" and I discovered the sequel "the courage to be happy" thanks to reading the first book. When other youtubers recommend books like that, or make summaries of the book, I never wanted to buy those books because idk. But you frame your phrases and make videos in such a way, that we see the real value of those books. You got me into reading btw. So I was curious as to what books/podcast/ideas challenged your views and opinions and made you come up with ideas like the dart system. Ideas that supplemented your journaling/analysing process that made you go through your 20s.

Love from France!
