I also have similar problem . This 3D burner is a complete failure and their after sales service is expensive . One time i had to pay about 2000 Rs to change burner . And after a while the gas leakage still persists because its not full brass . Bottom part is made of alloy . Its not a quality product . Not worth the price !!!

For LPG gas you need to change the nozzles of the stove because in regular Sui gas. The nozzles has big hole for LPG need small hole nozzle

Faber burner stops working within warranty period and company doesn't have stock for burner. Only solution is to buy other company Hob. It's very common problem with Faber..we all are suffering from it

Actully the problem is with you. You dont know to place the burnner in correct position. Already you flame burnner while in wrong position, after that the burnner get bended. Thats the problem. Only solution is to change burnner and add new one and main thing is to learn how to arrange burnner in correct position 😂😂😂
