My twin sisters have high platelets and high wbc. One has IG IV therapy every two weeks. The other has had a negative bone marrow and ferritin IV. They desperately need a diagnosis.

My son is 2 year old and suffering from sever eczema, we have done immunoglobulin test and tested DOCK8 Deficiency, I am totally confused now where to take the treatment.
