Prepping a plane to take off takes time. People should know that, every minute a plane is off time, it costs the airline thousands of Dollars... I guess, nobody would like to pay those late fees...

as a frequent flyer she was at fault and im happy the plane left her and not made everyone else be delayed. The only time you are somewhat justified to be late is when its a connecting flight where you left plenty of time between but delays in first plane are outrageously long.

15 mins?! come on lol that is wild. You can't blame an airline for that. You should be to the airport AT LEAST one hour before your flight BOARDS (usually 30 mins before takeoff). Remember, the listed time on your ticket is TAKEOFF time, meaning the aircraft needs to be fully loaded, everyone seated/belted, locked up, and taxied to the takeoff zone. 15 mins "early" means you showed up after the plane was locked and being taxied to take off.

Thing is if my bestie is getting married i am leaving when the bride and groom are leaving not day off or she should do the filipino way is be in the airport 5 days in advanced like be ok the airport so your on time thing is all im saying is im not feeling any pitty for her

I thought it was mandatory to arrive at the airport 2 hours before takeoff. Has it changed? Or was only I told that so as to not be late?

I think it is her fault but if the plane is still on the ground and not taking off for more than 8 ish maybe 10 minutes they should let you get on that flight.✈️
