I enjoyed watching your food tour! Lots of yummy food. I will be on the Ascent next year for my 40th birthday. I have a question, is there for available all hours of the day? Or only certain times? I have the late dining time (only one available) will I be able to catch the awaken show? Lastly, I love salmon so where do you suggest I celebrate my birthday (which restaurant specialty or not). We once got two glasses of Caymus on a BOGO offer on Liberty of the Seas...best Cab I ever tasted, but who can afford it? It is exceptional with chocolate

The food in the 4 different dining rooms is pedestrian at best. Bland, nothing spiced up & not much better than a mall food court. Fine cut is good value as is Raw on 5. & Eden
