Hello,
C7B75 motherboard is end of life. i dont know if it supports win10. normally you have to start by updating the latest Fw bios.and activate UEFI Boot mode in the bios. this motherboard does not have a vga chip, you absolutely need a cpu with integrated vga but I think this is your case because you have a vga signal.

A bit late but i just got this board.Windows 10 just crashes and reboots when trying to install...any tips?
