41:46 I would have been happy if you just said, 22 people have been caught manipulating gas meters... thats it, you didn´t have to add the "and it isn´t even hi tech" and then break down examples of how to do it even bringing in some Oceans 11 style gas stealing expert who is telling ways that we never even thought of....
