It's amazing how God reaches and speaks to us. Earlier this week I made a Tiktok that touches on how we can hear God when he speaks to us. How to "be still", how to me that means how to quiet our mind. How anxious thoughts sometimes don't allow us to hear him, to guide us. Through prayer and meditation we can make room to hear him.

On Friday, my friend Catherine’s uncle - he and her aunt are like second parents since they’re living in the same city - felt sick. First they thought he had eaten sth, but later at night he had to be transferred to the hospital. A stomach as thick as 9 months pregnant and other things. The doctors have no idea. Catherine’s aunt is exhausted, her heart is not well, either, and Catherine is very stressed out, too.
Good thing Jesus is our Healer, and He bore her uncle’s sickness, too. I have no name for him, but Jesus knows. Thank you for praying. May Jesus touch them all this night.
