Clark County cracks down on animal abuse and neglect

Clark County officials are cracking down on animal abuse and neglect cases, according to the county’s animal control agency. The county cites new leadership, increased staffing and a focus on response for getting them through a backlog of old cases as new ones continue to come in.

If you can’t raise kids what makes you think you can raise animals. Vice versa. Adding an animal is adding another member into your family, another responsibility and another level of adulting. If you can’t fulfill it then you shouldn’t be a companion owner/trainer.
