Thanks for joining me on this trip between Brussels and Washington, one of the most political routes on earth!

The politicians must have been on a good break as our flight was very empty. And that’s a good thing for you as it’s easier to film!
I’m on an empty flight streak, let’s see how long it lasts..😎

In my opinion United is definitely the #2 best U.S. airline right behind Delta. Great point about Brussels - Washington, DC being "the most political route on earth", I literally never even thought it of like that 😂

Great VDO, and thanks for this review. I'm reluctant to book their long haul economy class just because all the negative reviews on social media and my friends' personal experience. But this is one of a few recent reviews that show United (probably) have improved.

love hearing the sound of GE90 spooling up, it remind me back in the old day when i was fliying Cathay's B747 classic with RR RB211 engines ....inflight meal looks lot better than KLM (no ice cream & pre flight snack) & BA for transatlantic flights. great review !!!

You were a very lucky flyer that day. You got 3 seats for yourself. It's much better than facing forward facing backwards very tight Business Class seats of BA. September 2021 was the start when flights started to normalize. Most people were still apprehensive to fly that's why most flights were half full.
Your cheese was the real thing that's why it stinks. Only imitation cheese don't stink.
I miss that ice cream they serve in economy. I will ask for that next time I fly United to Europe. Pasta looks good too. If I get a not so good meal in BC, I will ask for economy food or maybe exchange it with somebody.
