Press the Turbo button and give us an update. Without Turbo, the blade reaches 2800 rpm (no load) but often stays lower than that. With Turbo, it spins at a constant 3200 rpm (no load).

Our Greenworks lawnmower is great except it goes to fast when you put it on the self propelled. How can we adjust it to go slower even though we have it on the turtle speed.

Did you have issue folding handle? I got one and quick fold just got jammed and didn't move up at all.

Bought one and taking it back to Costco no bueno I’ll stay with gas .

GreenWorks is a very poor quality brand with deplorable after-sales service. My equipment broke down just after the warranty, I couldn't get it repaired, after 6 months I'm still waiting for answers.
