What a monstrosity of Proliferation and with a track record of sheer wanton Malignancy. Synovial Sarcoma (Monophasic) is just pure unforgiving Francoanaplasia although this is described as a Monoclonal Proliferation (characteristic Herringbone Morphology) but somehow this just looks expansive and invasive as hell. Well, with such morphology and the accompanying clinical morbidity, I have no problem with describing such entity as a true and absolute Malignancy. Viel Dank, MD Gardner. Es immer gut zu Gesundheit und Freide machen. Prost!
