I played softball my whole life and just slowly lost my love for it, but its really amazing to see yourself and the coaches maintaining a positive environment for the players. You have a great team on your hands and I think the team spirit and uplifting feelings you all give out will allow that to live on for years to come and keep these players loving the game!
