The majority of the Supreme Court ruled Robertscare unconstitutional, but the Chief Justice took it upon himself to let it stand because it was a tax. Since the tax has been repealed, why is Robertscare still standing?? The Court already ruled it unconstitutional????

Good discussion and Republicans need a plan that can be viewed.
In fact there are a few but no one in Republican circle are even talking about them.

You know, I have listened to the first 17 minuets of this conversation and all I can say is y'all need to get your heads out of the sand- GET OUT AND TALK TO REAL PEOPLE. STOP looking at DATA- those numbers have faces and lives standing behind them. You talk about the "few people" who were caught up in getting sick but then had no health care once they could not work...THINK ABOUT THAT...can't work- bills (tens of thousands of dollars hospital-labs-doctors bills) coming in and NO INCOME...people have to sell their houses (if they are lucky and don't lose it to a hospital..aka UVA Health Systems) or sell off land- and that is IF THEY ARE LUCKY ENOUGH to have that...I know people who were spending down their entire life savings in retirement to pay for prescription drugs and hospital bills AND I know people who were not fortunate enough to have assets to cover those things...and they suffered and died...DONUT HOLE DEATHS...or they chose to get treated and constantly be in the rears on their mortgage- car payments or could not contribute to their retirements eventually losing EVERYTHING and then dying. I had a job working for a major health company, made $10/hr because I was at the retail level, one third of my paycheck went to insurance that had a $3, 000 deductible and 40% co-pay for doctors. For 10 years I NEVER MET MY DEDCUTABLE- yet all around me was the carnage of not having it. So, even though you may have a decent proposal for tackling "Real American Problems with Health Care" I just can't listen to the rest of this...Because in the 80's-90's and 2000's you did not fix it...we are where we are...people need health care- corporations are NOT the answer- and until you get out there and listen (go volunteer in health care and listen to sick people) to those who are ACTUALLY FACING these issues...you will never understand...

of the victims of America's Health Care System.

Congress seems happy with their taxpayer provided healthcare. Just expand that system for everyone.
