I won’t wear Sambas because they are everywhere. I don’t want to be a follower! I’ve been wearing Golas (Elan, Badminton, Tennis Mark Cox) for a couple years and love them. Adidas Stan Smith and Converse Chuck Taylors (low and high tops) have been on my feet for decades and I didn’t stop wearing them just because a celebrity triggered a trend. I guess I’ll keep wearing my Golas too but will miss having a more unique look. 😞
