Fun fact: the human body can't actually digest artificial sweeteners such as acesulfame k and aspartame, and the worst part is its no longer necessary to list them in the ingredients. I'm not saying sugar is healthy, but it's a whole lot better than artificial sweeteners.

Except when u read the ingredients and realise gatsby chocolate has no real cocoa in it and contains 3 different oils and not even a bit of pure cocoa. Obviously they’ll sell for less and say they have less calories since they substituted natural ingredients with synthetic ones. Eat at ur own risk. Having less calories does not mean healthy by any means whatsoever

Not that I like Mr beast bar taste but atleast it’s healthier than a pretend chocolate bar with synthetic cocoa and filler oils and artificial sugar substitute Lessing for cheaper price and calories . My bad to assume u were comparing two chocolate bars, when I did a simple google search I realised gatsby doesn’t even use real cocoa or proper oils and using artificial sugars which are hard to digest for the human body.
