Hola buen dia un gusto saludarles soy de honduras
hace poco compre la HX effects Usada y tengo algunos Problemas con ella
1. no encuentro la Opcion de afinador, aunke mantenga precionado el boton de TUNER NO PASA NADA y he buscado en la opcines y tampo encuento algo para activarlo

2. el TAP TEMPO tampo me responde a las pisas ke le de con el pie, solo cambia manualmente usando las perillas

Ya la actualize a la vercion 3.80 y nada y pues estoy blokeado o se ke hacer
no entiendo como buscar soporte en la pagina de LINE6

si me pudieran ayudar x lo menos con el afinador ya ke con el tap tempo y Delay compre el Straumon Timeline entonces ahi usaria este efecto

pero si x lo menos el afinado ver la manera de como encontarlo he instalarlo o alguna configuracion o si de plano es el BOTON ke esta dañado

I was thinking of getting one, but am I able to use this for the bass guitar, cause I tried getting a helix stomp on facebook but this was the only thing that I found, so am I able to use an hx effects on bass?

I would like to set my system up so that I have the guitar going through an EQ into the HX. The signal then immediately goes out and in the effects loop going through some external overdrives and preamps that are MIDI controlled. Then it goes through the onboard effects and then the wet signal goes to the stereo outputs to a left and right Boss Katana 100 Mk2 head and 212 cabinet. I would like to take the dry signal from the preamps and route it from the HX to a center amp which is a Marshall JCM800. Is there a way to set up the second effects loop so it sends that dry signal out but doesn't interrupt the entire signal chain if there is nothing coming into the return?

I know some don't care for the size of the M13 but the form factor and ease of use is excellent. If it had all the new sounds and horsepower win win! Even the access to the Looper while still being able to access effects on the top rows was a game changer for me .

So I run it through my 6505 effects loop and run this through my guitars signal chain to the front of the amp? Sorry I’m new to this

I have helix hx am trying to update it...I use usb cable from helix to my laptop, I've clicked line6 update on laptop and it doesn't find or connect to the helix

I use the 4 cable method. When I bypass the hx effects by pressing the mode and tap buttons my signal gets routed to the FX loop. Is there a global routing config that can be configured even when I bypass the until this way?

In the preset mode is there a way to use the buttons as turn off/on when clicking? I’m using it on my pedalboard and I can’t have it on all the time ya know

If i want to use it with an acoustic guitar with an active pickup, I guess I have to change to Line input???

Hey line 6, or any hx owners, while in stomp mode is there a way to switch from the 6 effects to another 6 effects and then again, ect? Not talking bout preset mode at all. Also each effect whether in stomp or preset can be assigned post or pre overdrive routing even if my gain comes from separate analog pedals?

I'm the Lead Guitar player in an Acoustic Duo and dangit, I'd love to strap on my Jackson or Strat and play Leads EASIER on an Electric than on an Acoustic!!!
Thank the it EVEN MORE if it would make my Electric sound Acoustic!!!
