This makes me wonder, where was King Neptune during all of this? If not Spongebob himself, then surely HE could put a stop to Un-bob. Though, it'd be a shame if he managed to get infected aswell. Since (judging by his appearance in the first movie.) He can be rather incompetent at times.

So the way I see it after A UnBob, not the original, bit Squidward the infection starting taking hold. Which that’s absolutely awful if it causes those hallucinations and nightmares. Unfortunately Squidward couldn’t fight off the infection and is consumed. Which also subsequently explains the very first video where he’s walking around on those spongey tendrils. He then goes onto infect Sandy as well and we all know what happens to her.



Great video glad the series is coming back. It’s cool you added an homage to the Red Mist Creepypasta as well as it’s one of my favorites in the genre.

So that's how sandy got infected. 🤔 but how does it know who to go after. Is it just allocated memories of the infected seeking help from the next person on their subconscious. Squidward travels to Sandy's dome maybe to see help or the Grand infector going to the next victim by SpongeBobs memory til every one is infected 🤔
