Sometimes it also occurs because of unsupported power adapter, try using alternative power adapter rated for 12v 1 Amps.

Great work! I used this process to fix the same problem in a RBD53iG-5HacD2HnD. It was a bit more tricky as there is no beeps to listen for, so I used the saming timing as your video with the reset button and it worked first try!
