Brandon Walker came to CIA on the advice of a high school teacher. Once enrolled, he took advantage of everything CIA had to offer beyond the kitchens and lecture halls. With his bachelor’s degree in management hand, the Brooklyn, NY native set down roots just a few miles from campus. Essie’s is just the first concept in what he is building into a multi-restaurant group.
