Password Locker with SQLite, Python and Flet (Beginner Tutorial)

This is a fast tutorial to practice implementing CRUD right on your desktop with this nifty application. I was inspired by my memory of creating a CLI password manager when I was first studying Python using Al Sweigart "Automate the Boring Stuff."
