I'm a roofer too, but in the UK, always interesting to see new tools. Never seen a roofing hatchet like that over here. We use ours to cut slate but usually just use a slate knife and a decent claw hammer.

Cool. A rare individual that actually knows about how a Roofing Hatchet works.

Personally, I prefer a Plumb Hatchet with a Wood Handle over an Estwing, but both make quality tools.
