I found the main pedal wasn't very stable with the radius rod, so I swapped the rob for the plate. Very easy swap. Now really stable.

As in all pedals, it ought to have storage for a key if its required to operate the attachment. Having to look for a key to secure my pedal is a pita

I have a 5611db and it doesn't have a spring assembly for the left foot. The rebound is slower and lower than I'd like. I CAN order parts (if/when they're back in stock) but I'd like to put a spring assembly on the left for quicker rebound... and comfort lol. Is it possible?! There is a cast for the spring tensioner to attach... why don't they use springs on both sides. Someone... anyone... please explain why they don't come with the spring assembly on the left and if possible can you just order a stroke adjustment and springs, attach them and everything fits? Thanks in advance.

Hi Bret, Hey I’m currently in the market for a simple, light duty Gibraltar double kick pedal. This would be primarily for my Alesis Strike Pro SE electric kit, for light, low volume playing.
My question; Would the 5711DB be my best choice for simple to use? Compared to the ‘ Road Class version’ Or 6700 series that according to reviews is difficult to setup/ adjust.
