I think I went through this station many years ago, if this is the Nikko that's near Narita airport. I was staying at the Nikko Narita on transit, I had gone into Tokyo to meet a friend to go shopping, and when I was headed back, there were no Narita Express tickets and I had to take a local train. It stopped at Nikko, nowhere near the airport and I had to take a taxi (2000 yen) to get to the hotel. The total cost was about equal to the Narita Express ticket would have been.
