British Airways First class review between Seattle and London. It was a very nice flight even if the product could be improved.

Must add that this seems to be the typical vlog of showing everyone you flew first class but little to no actual review..You comment " It was a very nice flight even if the product could be improved." But don't really show or tell what was good/bad and how they at BA could improve it...

We did this flight in first class. My only real complaint.. The cabin crew disappeared near the end of the dinner service as they all went to bed. I was sitting there with my dishes on my tray and no one around to take them. I finally just lowered my seat and laid back, when I woke up my dishes were gone, but I thought it was kinda lame that the crew disappeared.
Cathay Pacific even at 3 am had the first class cabin crew working and taking care of the passengers. To be into a flight less than 4 four hours and the cabin crew all going to bed was kinda shitty.

I don't know if I would fly British again. Their fuel surcharges alone are kinda bullshit.

The first class only looks good one the 787 because it's got more dark colors to it

First class boarding after families is ridiculous. If your paying top dollar you should be getting on first and not have to wait behind a bunch of 5 kid familes.

I flew this last year. The quality of FC on BA is the same as BC on other airlines, unfortunately. The FAs were amazing, however. BC on BA (747-400 upper deck) is much better than the lower deck. In any case, the herringbone layout is THE WORST of any airline. I would also add that the tiny FC lounge withing the Terraces Lounge at SEA is absolutely PATHETIC.

Why do BA employ great lumps as cabin crew, looks like refugee from Russian olympic shot putt team !!! impossible to get passed in the aisle !!

Crap airline. Flew first class on their 787-9 last year and found the crew totally poor. Lounge and cabana in Heathrow a joke and ground staff with a bloody attitude problem. They already checked my boarding pass getting into the lounge so why check it again when going into another area? They boast of their private cabanas which was a smelly place and very uncomfortable with zero service. Calls for service on board that were unanswered, chaotic boarding and mediocre food. I have by no means unrealistic expectations as I fly Ryanair often and I find their cabin crew better trained and more responsive than what BA provides on their first class cabin.
