On the second time you could tell Punk was just hanging back lulling Roman into thinking he wasn't going to come out that time. And then once he saw Roman flexing on his way out that's when he blew right past him. Otherwise if he looked like he really wanted to come out the 2nd time Roman might've tried to block the door again.
