10 Years ago... Robby Gordon showed up to the Parker 425 and dominated the race in his Speed Energy Trophy Truck. Robby had such a huge lead by the final lap he was able to just cruise to the finish line.. only to find out he was given a penalty for communicating with the helicopter and lost his win.

I remember that race. He was pretty fired up about it. I never did hear how it was they determined he’d communicated with the helicopter.

Things have always been a bit strange with the rules in Parker. How about the class 5 race when Greg Diehl was disqualified for being less than an inch over the wheel base limit on only one side due to a broken pivot. Then there is the class 8 deal with one truck being kicked out of the class for doing the same thing to the rear suspension as another. Strange things at " THE PARKER"
