White House AAPI 'What's Your Story?'
Показать описание
This video was created by Asian Pride Project as a submission for the API White House Initiative's "What's Your Story?" video challenge.

**The Asian Pride Project** is collectively led by many concerned & passionate LGBT community members and activists who believe in our strength for social change.
We seek to bring heightened visibility, understanding and acceptance of gender minorities and their families by sharing their stories through different media.
Asian communities often face social pressure to alienate and even reject their gender non-conforming children; and for those who have embraced their LGBTQ children, they often face discrimination and isolation themselves.
The Asian Pride Project aims to build supportive communities and brings individuals and families together through the resonance for support & community & multilingual accessibility.
We hope to open the hearts and minds of the API communities by sharing our concerns and struggles, and through conveying our love for our families.
