I'm disabled so I don't leave the house. I would like to get instacart delivered and be able to get stuff from Amazon. I don't have a cellphone. Can I send someone to lets say rite aid, and get me a prepaid card and keep sending that same person to keep reloading the same card at the same rite aid with no cellphone and without giving them my social security number?
