I can tell, he wants to learn and have an impact - every time he appears in the game. He hustles, he is engaged in the coaching and this game, I believe ( LUKE and RJ IS APT AND POSITIVE), about their abilities. LUKE -malik hall/ don't allow the physical play to effect you- you may have some advantage to. On the wings- they will screen to the wings in either side. Then the screener will roll or walk to the corner to get you to not pay attention and then he will cut to the basket. You must stay aware and when they try to post you - go around- the right side and stay upright /in the post (you have some space), TELL KOFI AND OMAR you may come from weak side/ they must force them to right/if you are in front of the player with the ball- use the swim hands move, meaning swipe in front of the player and out to make him push the ball in (too far or he may use a behind the back dribble/+crossover / play strong and stay on your feet...in the offense- you can remember and really do what you can The shot fake, spin and RISE UP AND LET IT FLY.... IN picking for TRENT - TELL COACH YOU WILL- LIKE TO be the 4 man coming designed cut/from the WEAVE****SLIP TO MIDDLE/Coleman or GRANDISON slightly- skip to corners turn going opposite directions forming a pinch/post and KICK OUT TO short corner.

Hey Adam, welcome to the Illini! It seems like conditioning is a huge part of training. I'm not an athlete but I noticed many Basketball players breath heavily through their mouth as that's the fastest way to get high volume of air in/out of your lungs. What I'm wondering is if any of your high school or college coaches ever talked to you guys about nasal breathing to help body conditioning? It's something that I read a book about that is supposed to help anyone more efficiently/effectively deal with oxygen/c02 management... similar, but not exactly like how some athletes train at high altitude. Just wondering if this is a thing in basketball. Anyway, love watching you on the Illini and hope to see more of you! ILL!
