Hi thanks for your question. If you can these properly, they should be ready to eat after 2-3 weeks. These will last, canned in a dark storage spot for 1-2 years. Enjoy :)

I Made 5 jars of this over 2 years ago I'm down to 2 that I probably never eat. They are extremely good Thank you again I watched this video that motivated me.

I have added extra vinegar twice and the volume is not enough to cover two pint wide mouth jars.

When you process the jars after everything is done…. Are they supposed to be submerged in the water completely?
