That is absolutely the best way to go about the temple. Many people got frustrated quickly and just built machines to skip it all. I loved this temple and as long as you keep your eyes peeled, you should be perfectly fine.

Also the issue with the sages is that only their spirit forms can teleport. You have to escort the real ones around the temples.

One thing you can do, stampy, if you have to many shields is drop one of the ones you dont have fused and use the new one to fuse the droped shield to the new shield. Alternatively, you can fuse shields to weapons.

I climbed up the side of the temple tp get to the last gong too lol I only just realized that the giant pink rock you destroy gives you a balloon and flame emitter. I think it's really cool though how this game allows you to work out many of it's puzzles in different ways. There isn't just one way to solve it. Great video, Stampy!
