When I listen to the words of this song I hear and feel struggling with the confidence in knowing they are loved, supported & good enough.
Over the past few years I have watched helplessly as my life partner slipped into deep depression with breakdowns and suicide attempts.
For those of you/us who know what it is to be close to someone who struggles with mental illness and being shut out by a loved one fighting to be, grasping at the thread of living, those who have reached a point where they truely believe eliminating their people from their lives is the only solution 😢
Mental Health is silent and invisible. Just because that person looks ok, has a good job, has a good relationship, has tangible touchable objects does not mean they are ok.
