Regarding the Neutral VS In-gear debate. I live in Los Angeles California. Drivers this way are very unpredictable and drive reckless due to tecting and driving, drinking, etc. Neutral is better for (gas, less engine wear, etc). Being in gear in "heavy traffic & freeway" is most best. Now on street, or less traffic different story. Hope this helps explain some on why I like coasting in gear then in neutral

Only thing I learned I from this video was how to get poor mpg and a great way to ruin the clutch lifespan

When I'm heavy traffic I try to be smooth as possible and not to ride the clutch. I learnt what the minimum speed in each gear before the car shakes. For example if I'm in 3rd and I see there's a traffic jam I rev match into 2nd. The lowest speed I can achieve without bogging the engine is 8km/h. And sometimes I'll go as high as 4k rpm between shifts in heavy traffic....btw I drive a Civic Si

What’s the point of using your second GoPro when it’s just on you? Nothing to learn just watching you sitting.

this is so confusing lol. he’s explaining with his hands and not talking in the video but the voiceover matches what i imagine he would be saying.

Hey bro loved the video, could you next time have the second camera pointed on your feet (when you rev match and shift). I think it will help tremendously when learning how to rev match or heel toe. Also a big plus on neutral coasting is the added gas efficiency.

Welcome back to upload land SubZeru🙏🏾 this video is exactly what I needed. I’m in my learners permit phase, trying to soak up all this information while I’m learning.👌🏾👌🏾

Interesting, I was thinking about buying a manual but not sure if it would be too much of a pain in the ass to actually drive in traffic

Can one stop in 1st gear in traffic? Without going to neutral at all?

I think a gopro showing the pedals or the tach would be more beneficial than one pointing at yourself. Not sure what we can gain by that perspective.

Love the video! Is Clutch->Gear->Blip the only way to downshift? Wondering if Clutch->Blip>Gear would work too :)

how is he blipping at 1:16 is he in gear blipping the throttle because it doesnt look like he has time to press in the clutch and rev it, seems like that way would be too much

if you put the clutch in while rolling in gear is it the same as as being in neutral or is it doing un necessary wear? SubZero Vlogs
