I started empowering my kids by giving them a choice about how they wanted to contribute and support our space. The home pillar to me is the most essential for a child to align with and take pride in. It’s where they gain self-esteem and confidence.
Something that is so close to my heart is when my kids feel that their specific energy is what is uplifting our home and making an impact on the family unit and in their own life.
It’s time we reimagine our home as a sanctuary and shift out of the chore mindset. Let’s move from a place of just going through the motions to bringing awareness to appreciate the things we have in our home. From the dishes and tables to the rugs and the plants.
