Konstantin, Inside Russia does not have an apartment in that block, rather an adjacent block. There are 3 similar towers there that he has shown in earlier videos. He still owns that flat and some family members were actually staying there when it happened. He is living in Uzbekistan where he already had a lot of contacts.

its not his apartment building but his is very close to that one. And he still owns that apartment in fact his wife and kids were there during the attack. They had to return to take care of some things or people. Konstantin is still in Tashkent.

yah the world situation will stabilize, the moment putin falls out of the window and the war stops. and Russia goes into civil war. and Russian army withdraws from Ukraine.
