As an Indian I can say this data is accurate I completed the entire twilight series of books in 2 days with 18 hours of reading 4 hours of sleeping and 2 hours for rest of the things

As an Indian, if I add Manga, Manhwa, Manhua and Light Novels then I can say I read 30 books daily (few chapters because of daily updates). Excluding textbooks for Agriculture of course.
