Deacon of the Deep is the fifth boss in the game. He is very weak and rarely attacks, but is surrounded by lots of mobs. Only attack the boss and ignore the other enemies. They will all die when the boss goes down. The boss is glowing red, that's how you will find him.

2/5 of the bosses look like actual Dark Souls bosses and the rest look like BloodBorne rejects.

I like how all these soulsborne games have one joke boss like this one. bloodborne had the witch, ds2 had the swarm of rats, demon souls had the giant dragon that you pin to the cliff, ds1 had that giant boss you could lead off a cliff. its nice to have at least one boss per game that you dont have to worry about

Question, was the wait that unbearable that you couldn't hold off for the western copy? You are better person than me cuz, if all I saw was Japanese text in a Souls game my brain would shut down lol
