Pretty much if you have to question someone’s physic anymore, they are probably on gear. I have been working out since I was 14. 4-6 days a week for 26 years. Have done strength training, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, triathlons, and have seen everybody type in the gym. I know what my own body is capable of. I understand genetics and that has a huge role on body comp. It’s just not possible to look like 99 percent of these clowns trying to tell the public they are natty. If you want to do peds then great but don’t try to fool others into goals that aren’t attainable.

As I follow Noelle something a body building gym youtuber that is open and honest about his body and steroid use I learned where the differences are between a drug free strong body, a drug free built body and a body on steroids. Gotta recommend him as it is really wholesome and I don't even go to the gym and love to watch his shorts and videos
