Operator 7 - what angle would you recommend?

How would you set it at 17 or say 15.5 angles? The book doesn’t talk about that. The have a fillet knife that’s sharpened at 17 degrees at the factory. I see two little lines next to the main numbers in the angle dial. Are those increments of .5s?

Too bad he can’t use his dominant hand, turn it so the belt is toward him. This is a great system but he overdid the first side, don’t handicap yourself & turn it the other way. Or get a rightie.
