This video's a keeper. Whenever I get a bad stomach cramp, I get incredibly anxious because it makes me think I'm going to have another kidney stone. I've only had one and I know I'll have more due to genetics, but it was so painful and the idea of passing another one terrifies me. This video always manages to calm me down though. Thank you ❤
