KIRIKO IS NOT BALANCED, she outperforms Ana in dps (an infamously powerful support character), and most other supports in her ability to heal targets. She is one of the faster supports, which is the primary downside of Ana, and can get into and out of combat extremely easily with teleport and walllclimbing.
Kiriko has has one of the most useful ults in the game. She also can immediately remove all bloody status effects with her kit, which is just an absolutely insane ability to have that shuts down a lot of the abilities the other supports have.
Not to mention how absurdly large the hit box on her projectiles are, and how ridiculously small her hit box is. She’s easily the most powerful support in-game; only reason I don’t choose her is ‘cause I’ve spent the last 8 years playing Ana.

Well, when I play support it's mostly Kiri and figuring out when to heal and when to kill is the hardest part. I find her weapon very satisfying but I don't want to leave my team without proper healing. So healing comes first.
