The jobs I'm going for these two answers I feel don't fit because they are completely different from the jobs I'm qualified for.
I currently work as a animal care assistant and before that a veterinary ambulance driver. I could go onto trane as a nurse but that is not what I want to do, I went for a kennel assistant job but I was classed as not a fit for the role. Now I'm applying for female airport security guard and a bus driver. Two things I have never done before

Hi Richard. I do have a tricky question: what if someone left the job because of (sexual) harassment, bullying, unfair dismissal, and discrimination? What if something happened and it was taken to the employment tribunal? Are they allowed to state the truth during job interviews or they should give false reasons? What advice would you give to these interviewees? Many thanks.
