Landscaping and lawn maintenance are two very different businesses. Landscaping seems to be less controllable with more wild swings financially. Lawn maintenance is a much more "steady" business. The trick with lawn maintenance is like you preach is to stay focused and consistent utilizing systems. All the best!

Hey Mike my name is David Olson I own a small landscaping company here in Washington State called Summit View Lawn Care I love your videos and your amazing as well I also have a dump insert and a dump trailer I've always kind of thought like why doesn't Mike have a dump insert? I got mine for a really good deal but it is so useful! I do tow a landscaping open trailer. so basically if I'm doing a cleanup with a rocker mulch install it's kind of like a One-Stop shop for me I go get loaded and go to the job and wrap it up in one day unless it's a huge job then that's where the dump trailer comes in to play

If people are making a quarter, half, or over a million a year why do they ha e these little buddy spaces to house the most valued assets. Makes no sense to me. A storage unit or a garage, why not a pre-built medal building farther off of the property or rent land and put it on it?
Just doesnt make sense to me. To have a shop is the cost of ha I g two functional employees.
