A Bedtime Prayer for Protection and a Peaceful Sleep - Good Night Prayer before Bed - Evening Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, As I lay down to sleep, I come before you in prayer, seeking your divine protection and peace throughout the night. I surrender my worries, fears, and anxieties into your loving care, knowing that you are my ultimate source of security and comfort. Lord, I ask that you surround me with your heavenly presence, placing a shield of protection around me. Guard my mind, my heart, and my body from any harm or evil that may seek to disturb my rest. Keep me safe from all dangers, seen and unseen, as I surrender myself into your loving hands. In the stillness of the night, grant me peace that surpasses all understanding. Quiet my restless thoughts and bring calmness to my soul. May the peace of Christ envelop me, bringing a deep sense of serenity and tranquility as I rest in your presence. Father, I entrust my loved ones into your care as well. Protect them, wherever they may be, and grant them a peaceful night's sleep. Watch over them and keep them safe from harm. Thank you, Lord, for your constant presence and for being my protector and peace-giver. May I wake up refreshed and renewed, ready to embrace a new day filled with your blessings and guidance. I trust in your unfailing love, now and always.
