Fun fact: there is a stinger that is only used in three places across all of FNAF-

1. The Burntrap boss fight
2. The Mimic chase
3. The Secret of the Mimic Demo Jackie Chase

I think the fact that it's seemingly Burntrap specifically who is sealed away (as eluded to by the claw prints) might be to show that Glitchtrap still was using the Mimic as a vessel when the three star trio return.

I think Glitchtrap then tricks Jeremy into freeing him from the sealed away Mimic in HW2.

With the Mimic, I’m wondering if in the Epilogues that Mimic had the same Endo like in Ruin or it’s a Model 2 Mimic who got a new skull from Vanny(?).

With the idea that Burntrap wasn’t supposed to move, I think it’s Burntrap minus the corpse and suit. Cuz to Scott, Burntrap is a movie idol; but Steel Wool *probably* picture him to be Afton.

So I kinda imagine it’s Model 2 Mimic through the Epilogues and then after that, Vanny recovers it and rebuilds the OG Mimic (since OG Mimic had a different appearance during its creation) and now we get Ruin Mimic (or Grimic).

And for OG Mimic, I’m sure its skull was used for Storyteller, but it turned into Blob and Vanny and Glamrock Freddy digged through it to find the parts.

And about the corpse… I have a headcanon that it’s William’s final form mixed with Springtrap and Nightmare Endo, and now has an illusion disc; thus Burntrap is his real form, while Scraptrap is his illusion form. Then his body was recovered by Fazbear, his corpse left behind with his Endo being used for Dreadbear, then as Epilogue Mimic (The new skull being Dreadbear’s Brain)

But during SB, I could imagine Glitchtrap holding Mimic as what’s supposed to be “Burntrap” with Afton’s remains. But around HW2, I’m sure Cassie’s Dad end up releasing OG Mimic and was let go from Glitchtrap.

I guess this is how I depict it, with Mimic wearing Burntrap’s body as Burntrap is now a movie prop while Glitchtrap uses it as a hallucination for Gregory.
