Your explanation was really good. Overall, it was helpful. But there is one thing that I would like to point out. Hexadecimal range is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F and not 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15. The numbers 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 are not included since they are combinations of the numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Hope it helped!
