260KG/572LBS DEADLIFT

That's a matched PR, at an RPE 9.5

This is the easiest and fastest 260kg has moved ever, it's moving quicker then 240kg did a few months ago, and the thing is I've massively reduced my deadlift volume, although it may not seem like it with all the videos.

This just shows me that I will be able to maintain at least some of my powerlifting strength while focusing on bodybuilding training.

I had an amazing session today, thanks to great company and a new environment. I reflected alot on how far I've come and it's motivated me to keep giving it my all and not to quit on myself.

This is the workout if you want to follow along:
Conventional Deadlift 1 X 1 X 260 kg
Hack Squat 5 X 10 X 150 kg
Prone Leg Curl 5 X 12 X 100 kg
Hack Good Morning 5 X 12 X 80 kg
Seated Calf Raises 3 X 12 X 60 kg

Strong as, just a query. The foot placement, wouldn't that put you in a weaker position (feet close & pointed out)

You always lift the weights off the ground very fast. How do you deal with the lockout? I lose my speed after I almost push my knee through and then I barelly lockout my lifts.

I'm literally at the same point, Just did 270 on my way to 300, your videos just look cooler. Do you always do overhand straps, I'm doing mixed no straps but have been doing a bit of bouldering which has 2x my grip strength. Curious what your bodyweight is?

Same deadlift as me, but in the other video, you were doing 245kg for 3 and I usually train doing 210kg for 3 reps at an rpe 7. Same goal of 300kg but I'm only adding 10kg a year if I'm lucky. Im jealous of the crazy fast progress 💪
